Short description of the Keynote Speech

In accordance with the German phased plan for the introduction of digital planning and construction, Deutsche Bahn intends to plan all new standardisable and all new complex projects with Building Information Modeling by 2020. This should result in a much higher quality in project execution. For BIM to work, models of partnership project implementation must be implemented in parallel.
