Peter Stark is an enthusiastic family man and entrepreneur. In German-speaking countries he is a celebrated speaker, seminar leader, moderator and interim-manager. His unique position lies in the fact that he not only speaks of theoretical concepts but can also report on concrete applications in practice. As an interim manager he was a member of the board of directors in various companies from various industries in various phases of the company. The aim of the program is to show entrepreneurs and managers how important "right" leadership is for the innovative strength and economic success of companies. What competencies does a Leader 4.0 need? Based on theoretical findings from research and teaching, but above all from the lecturer's practical experience, the extraordinary importance of leadership is demonstrated. How can innovation potential and creativity be released in teams? Innovation needs on the one hand freedom and on the other hand structure to be "brought to the ground". While finance, controlling and accounting are very critical of the innovative power of R&D departments or spin-off start-ups, marketing, sales, product development and strategically oriented CEOs are often happy about "crazy" visions. In this area of tension, young entrepreneurs need to create the best possible framework conditions for innovation and disruption. A special focus is therefore also on the "right" communication - addressing all stakeholders in the right way. Different people have to be addressed differently and controlled by expectations.
