Hanna-Greta Puurtinen currently works as development manager at Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland. Accompanying her expertise in European project funding schemes for two decades, she also actively participates and contributes to several European networks and platforms. Currently, she is the Council member on ENoLL (European Network of Living Labs) and has been nominated as the European mentor of the COOP4HEALTHCARE project coordinated by Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (https://www.coop4healthcare-project.eu/).
The presentation addresses the issue how co-creation, collaboration and knowledge transfer between various stakeholders can leverage the emergence and value of new digital and social innovations. Especially bridging the knowledge gap from science to innovation can be tricky, creating challenges also in terms of updating and acquiring novel skills and competences.
